Delete Your Shalom.Chat Account

At Shalom.Chat, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 – From the App (Recommended)

Open the Shalom.Chat app.

Sign in to your account.

Go to Profile.

Open Settings.

Tap Delete Account.

Confirm your request.

Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:

Your account profile

Display name

Email address

Profile photo

Saved posts

Favorite countries

FCM notification tokens

Private chats and messages associated with your account (where applicable)

Other personal account information stored by Shalom.Chat

Content Created by You

Questions, answers, comments, and other community content that you created may be anonymized or removed in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained only when required by law, for fraud prevention, security purposes, or to comply with legal obligations.
